Unopened and Unused Items
Items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required.
Opened or Used Items
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used bathroom products, such as toothbrushes, towels, and toiletries, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or quality issue.
Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days for a return or exchange.
You may be asked to provide images or other proof of the issue to complete your request.
Return Timeframe
All returns must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
In cases of exchanges, we will ship the replacement item at no extra charge.
